| Pace and Company, Ltd. has been actively involved in the mortgage
industry for many years. We are committed to helping our clients
navigate through this trying time in the industry. Jared Sanders, our
audit partner, has served in many positions with the Mississippi
Association of Mortgage Brokers, including Technology and Communications
Committee Chair, Education Committee Chair, and is currently serving his
third term as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair. He is a state
instructor and has taught Mortgage Fraud, Ethics, State Law, and Gaining
FHA Approval. He is the recipient of the 2007 President Award for
Merit, and the 2004 Volunteer of the Year.
Pace and Company was awarded Affiliate Company of the Year in 2005.
We have exhibited at the MAMB annual meeting for the last 4 years and
the Greater Gulf States Convention for the past 3 years.
Our commitment to the industry does not end with our involvement in
the Association. Each year, our staff attends national training to
keep abreast of the requirements HUD is putting forth. We are
members of the Affordable Housing Association of CPA's which is focused
on the housing industry and HUD.
