Kevin Lightheart,
CPA/CVA - Shareholder and
President of Pace & Company, Ltd., has over 14 years experience in
various accounting tasks with a concentration in taxes. Prior to joining
Pace & Company, Ltd., Kevin had over five years experience with a national
public accounting firm in Portland, Oregon. Kevin is a member of the Mississippi
Society of CPAs, Oregon Society of CPAs and the American Institute of
CPAs. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a member of the
National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). He is licensed
as a Certified Public Accountant in Oregon and Mississippi. Kevin joined

Jared
Sanders, CPA/CFE - Vice President of Pace & Company, Ltd., has
10 years
experience in public accounting. He is a certified fraud examiner and a
member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Jared serves as the firm's computer and
technology administrator in addition to his accounting, auditing and tax
responsibilities. He is a member of the Mississippi Society of CPAs, the
American Institute of CPAs, and the AICPA Information Technology section.
He is also a member of the Mississippi Association of Mortgage Brokers (MAMB)
and has served in a variety of positions including, Technology and
Communication Committee Chair, Education Committee Chair, and is
currently serving his third terms as Treasurer and Finance Committee
Chair. He is the recipient of the 2007 Presidents Award of Merit,
and the 2004 Volunteer of the Year Award. He has love of
teaching as taught a variety of classes including basic and
advanced Quickbooks®, small business fraud and tax issues
of independent contractors and is state education instructor for MAMB. He earned his Bachelors degree in Accounting from Boise State University.
